Indo18 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the indo18 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the indo18 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and indo18 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.
The indo18 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is only allowed to hold one account on indo18. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information breaches these terms. indo18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account validation.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. indo18 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
Account suspension or closure policy
Indo18 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or misused the platform in ways that compromise the integrity of the service. Any balances in accounts suspended for fraud may be fully forfeited.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an indo18 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from using the platform for any purposes that violate Malaysian law or cause harm to other users or indo18.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the indo18 platform:
- Use of automated software, bots, or any hacking tools to access or misuse the platform
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system
- Identity fraud or unauthorized use of someone else's payment card information
- Engaging in money laundering activities through the platform
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account
- Any action intended to deceive indo18 or other users
Violation of any of the above rules may result in legal action as well as forfeiture of all related winnings and account balances.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the indo18 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through payment methods approved and registered under the same name as the account holder. We support a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including bank transfers and e-wallets.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the time frame specified depending on the selected payment method. indo18 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Winning Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification processes which may be required before funds are processed. indo18 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or e-wallets registered and verified under the same user name.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
Indo18 does not guarantee that the platform will always operate without interruptions, errors, or technical delays. The platform is provided "as is" and indo18 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses due to service disruption.
The maximum liability of indo18 to any user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding a claim.
Intellectual property
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the indo18 platform are the exclusive property of indo18 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such material for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from indo18.
Third-Party Links
The indo18 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users’ convenience. indo18 has no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites and is not liable for any losses or damages arising from using third-party websites.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
Indo18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through discussions between both parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
